This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is between you and STRIDEFOLD LTD for the Stridefold mobile application.

1. License grant

You receive a limited license to install and use one copy of the App per device for personal, non-commercial use, subject to this EULA and the Terms of Service.

2. Ownership

The App, including its design, code, and branding, remains the property of STRIDEFOLD LTD and its licensors. This EULA does not sell the App to you.

3. Restrictions

• You may not rent, sell, sublicense, or redistribute the App.
• You may not remove proprietary notices.
• You may not use the App to develop a competing product by copying substantial non-public elements.

4. Updates

Updates may be provided through Google Play. Some updates may be required to continue using the App.

5. Termination

This license ends if you breach the EULA. On termination, you must stop using and uninstall the App.

6. Third-party components

The App may include open-source components under their own licenses.

7. No warranty / liability

Warranty disclaimers and liability limits in the Terms of Service apply to this EULA as well.
