By downloading or using Stridefold (“the App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

STRIDEFOLD LTD grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Android devices you own or control, for lawful personal use.

2. What the App is

The App provides simulated activity tracking, workout browsing, local history, and related tools. It is not a medical device and does not provide emergency services, navigation, or guaranteed fitness outcomes.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse engineer it except where allowed by law, or use it for unlawful purposes.

4. Your content and data

You are responsible for data you enter. You can export or clear local data from within the App where those controls are provided.

5. Free service

The App is provided free of charge. Features may change over time.

6. Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, STRIDEFOLD LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing framework

These Terms are intended for worldwide distribution of a free Android app. Mandatory consumer protections in your country still apply.
